Job summary

Sunplex Subacute Center in Ocean Springs, MS is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN shifts (days 7am–7pm and nights 7pm–7am) to provide quality resident care and uphold our core values.

You will perform medication administration, ADL support, rounds, and documentation, collaborate with physicians and families, and ensure accurate medical records. RN license in good standing and BLS certification required; prior long‑term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing required.
• BLS license required.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration and ADL care per physician plan.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality care.
• Communicate with residents, family, physicians, and supervisor regarding resident status.
• Maintain up-to-date medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit.
• Other tasks as required.

• Maintain up to date and accurate medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit.
