Job summary

Bruce Community Living Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN role to join our growing team in Mississippi. You will provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, and support residents with compassion and professionalism.

This is a PRN opportunity with ongoing growth and meaningful connections with residents and families. The position requires an active RN license in good standing and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and delivery of care including medication administration, treatments, ADL care, etc.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure residents receive quality care.
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status.
• Maintain up-to-date medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit.
• Other tasks as required.

Registered Nurse ( RN ) duties include but are not limited to:

• Evaluation and delivery of care including medication administration, treatments, Adl care, etc. as ordered by physician and outlined in the plan of care (according to scope of practice)
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure resident/patients receive quality care based on professional standards and facility policies
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status
• Maintain up to date and accurate medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit.
• Other tasks as required
