Haven Homes, a Cassia community, is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our stable, compassionate team providing high-quality care to residents in Maple Plain, Minnesota.

As an RN you will administer medications, collaborate with a dedicated team, and document care to support positive outcomes for older adults in a nonprofit setting. We offer a rewarding role with a varied schedule and weekend rotation in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have MN RN License in good standing.
• Prior LTC experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications per physician orders and monitors for effectiveness.
• Documents care using charting software and maintains accurate resident records.
• Notifies Clinical Manager and physicians of significant resident changes and follows up as needed.
• Collaborates with the Nursing team to ensure high-quality outcomes for residents.

Position Type:

Full-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend

Shifts Available (including every other weekend):

Mix of Days and Evenings: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM & 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Wage Range:

$36 - $44.22 / hour, depending on experience

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Must have MN RN License and be in good standing.
• Prior LTC experience preferred.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
