Haven Homes is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team in Maple Plain, MN. This full-time role includes administering medications, collaborating with staff, and delivering high-quality resident care.

Shifts include days/evenings with every other weekend; benefits eligible. Must hold an MN RN license in good standing, with LTC experience preferred, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and/or treatments per physician orders and monitors effectiveness.

• Documents care using computerised medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager and physicians of significant changes in a resident's condition and follows up.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Position Type

Full-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend

Shifts Available (including every other weekend)

Mix of Days and Evenings: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM & 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Wage Range

$36 -$44.22 / hour, depending on experience

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Must have MN RN License and be in good standing.
• Prior LTC experience preferred.
