Haven Homes, a Cassia community, is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. You will provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best outcomes.

The role requires a skilled RN who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults. We offer a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a varying schedule, including every other weekend, and shifts from 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 2:00 PM–10:30

Qualifications

• Must have MN RN license in good standing.
• LTC experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and/or treatments per physician orders and monitors response.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager and physicians of significant changes in resident condition.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend

Shifts Available (including every other weekend): Mix of Days and Evenings: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM & 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Wage Range: $36 - $44.22 / hour, depending on experience

Location: 4848 Gateway Blvd, Maple Plain, MN 55359

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary
• Performs additional duties as required

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Must have MN RN License and be in good standing
• Prior LTC experience preferred
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team
