Job summary

Vista Prairie North Pointe in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to residents, conduct initial assessments, and develop care plans. This full-time role offers a 4-day work week 8:30am-5pm with one evening 12pm-8:30pm and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to ensure health and safety of residents.
• Conduct initial, face-to-face comprehensive assessments of prospective and new residents.
• Develop proposed service plans and plans of care based on assessments.
• Reassess residents regularly and adjust care plans as needed.
• Monitor and oversee resident services to maintain quality care.
• Supervise and support care staff in daily operations.
• Provide ongoing training and education for staff.
• Help residents achieve their best quality of life.
