Vista Prairie Communities is seeking a Resident Assistant at Fieldcrest, Assisted Living and Memory Care in Sheldon, IA. This full-time PM shift (2PM - 10PM) position offers competitive wages and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and following directions are required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in assisted living or related health care field is preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Support residents with mobility and transfers.
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations.
• Foster emotional well-being by creating positive, meaningful interactions.
