Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities in North Mankato, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide personal care, mobility support, and compassionate daily assistance to residents in our long-term care setting.

This is a full-time NOC position with a 72-hour pay period, offering competitive pay of $19.19-$22.25/hour, shift differentials, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. Join a supportive team dedicated to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1 year of RA experience in long-term care (Nursing or Assisted Living).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Support residents with mobility and transfers.
• Administer medications as directed and per regulations.
• Foster emotional well-being with positive daily interactions.
• Contribute to daily care that brings joy to residents.
