Job summary

Webster Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Rockland, MA is seeking an RN for full-time, part-time or PRN roles with Daily Pay. The RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor residents, and implement individualized care plans in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Applicants must hold a MA RN license and BLS certification and be able to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting, with strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards and plan of treatment.

• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and nursing regulations.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN)

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN)

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of MA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
