Winchester Gardens, a Springpoint Senior Living community, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position in Maplewood, NJ. RNs supervise daily activities of LPNs and CNAs and ensure care aligns with federal, state, and local standards.

Responsibilities include admission assessments, care planning, medication administration, physician rounds, and timely documentation. Requires DE RN license, CPR certification, and 2+ years in LTC or sub-acute settings preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Delaware RN license required.
• CPR certification required.

• Develop a written plan of care for each resident upon admission.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate each resident’s physical and emotional status for changes.
• Provide medications and treatment to residents.

• Make nursing rounds on the unit and report any problems to the Unit Coordinator.
• Respond to emergency calls throughout the community.
• Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents’ plans of care.

Winchester Gardens is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in Maplewood, NJ. We are seeking a FT RN to join our team. At Springpoint, our RNs are responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care, and to supervise daily nursing activities performed by LPNs, and CNAs. Pay Range: $46.50- $50.50 / hour
