Job summary

Masonic Village Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with shift schedules across day, evening, and night.

The compensation ranges from $33 to $42 per hour, all-inclusive, with benefits and growth opportunities within a caring sub-acute and long-term care environment. The RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure care plans are followed in accordance with

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
