Job summary

Winchester Gardens, a Springpoint Senior Living community in Maplewood, NJ, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our full-time team. You will supervise LPNs and CNAs while delivering high-quality nursing care in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.

In this role, you will perform resident assessments, develop plans of care, monitor changes, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active RN license in New Jersey.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of long-term care or sub-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a nursing assessment on all residents upon admission.
• Develop a written plan of care for each resident upon admission.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate each resident’s physical and emotional status for changes.
• Provide medications and treatment to residents.
• Assist with physician rounds and notify physicians of any changes or concerns in resident’s condition.
• Make nursing rounds on the unit and report any problems to the Unit Coordinator.
• Respond to emergency calls throughout the community.
• Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents’ plans of care.

Winchester Gardens is seeking an experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team!

Winchester Gardens is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in Maplewood, NJ. We are seeking a FT RN to join our team. At Springpoint, our RNs are responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care, and to supervise daily nursing activities performed by LPNs, and CNAs. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Pay Range

$46.50- $50.50 / hour
