Job summary

Interim HealthCare New Boston, NH is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing for an infant in New Boston, NH. The ideal candidate will have pediatric home care experience and a dedicated, caring approach.

Responsibilities include G-tube feeding management, suctioning, monitoring oxygen saturation as ordered, medication administration, and assistance with all ADLs. Strong communication and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current NH RN license
• G-tube experience required
• Suctioning experience required
• Pediatric home care experience preferred
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in the last 5 years preferred
• CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one private duty nursing for an infant
• Manage G-tube feeding and related care
• Perform suctioning and monitor oxygen saturation as ordered
• Administer medications according to care plan
• Assist with all ADLs and ensure safe, compassionate care
• Communicate changes in condition to family and care team
