Harmony Gardens, a Cassia community in Maplewood, MN, is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our caring team. We offer full-time and part-time roles with every-other-weekend shifts, including days, evenings, and nights, with competitive hourly wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

As an RN at Harmony Gardens, you will provide compassionate care, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to support residents’ health and quality of life in a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN RN license.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be part of a team.
• Prior experience in TCU or LTC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administer medications and/or treatments per physician orders and monitor effectiveness.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment per policies and procedures.
• Document resident care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family of significant changes and follow up as needed.
• Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Position Type

Full-Time and Part-Time, every other weekend

Available Shifts (Including every other weekend)

• Days 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Part Time, every other weekend)
• Evenings 2:30 PM - 11 PM TCU (Full Time)
• Nights 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM TCU (Full-Time)

Wage Range

$37.57 - $44.89 / hour depending on experience

Nurse Responsibilities

• Displaya courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.

• Administermedications and/or treatmentin accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Managemedications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documentresident care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• NotifyClinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitornursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Nurse Qualifications
