Harmony Gardens Assisted Living, a Cassia community, is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in our building in Maplewood, MN.

Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule.

Available Shifts (Including every other weekend): Days 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Wage Range: $37.57 - $44.89 / hour depending on experience.

Location: 1438 County Road C East, Maplewood, MN 55109.

Responsibilities

• Displaya courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Workto coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administermedications and/or treatmentin accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Managemedications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documentresident care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• NotifyClinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitornursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN RNlicense.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
• Prior experience inLTC preferred.
