Pine Acres Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in North Carolina is hiring a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time role. The position covers a 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM schedule with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

You will work under RN supervision to provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive environment. We value dedicated nurses who deliver consistent care and contribute to positive resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in North Carolina.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision of the RN and clinical leadership.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately in accordance with facility policies.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes to the RN.
• Perform routine clinical duties including vital signs, wound care, catheter care, and specimen collection.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Reinforce resident and family education as directed by the RN.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
• Support individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina

• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred
