Job summary

Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center in Pineville, NC seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting on 2nd/3rd shifts. Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN roles available with a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first year.

You will perform medications, treatments, assessments, supervise CNAs, document accurately, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including medication administration, treatments, and assessments

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and leadership

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans

Schedule Options:

• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN available

• Every other weekend required

Compensation & Benefits:
