Pine Acres Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time day shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NC LPN license.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the RN and clinical leadership.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN.
• Perform routine clinical duties (vital signs, wound care, catheter care, specimen collection).
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Reinforce resident and family education as directed by the RN.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
• Support individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Pine Acres Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and clinical leadership

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes to the RN

• Perform routine clinical duties including vital signs, wound care, catheter care, and specimen collection

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed

• Reinforce resident and family education as directed by the RN

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation

• Support individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being

What We’re Looking For

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina

• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred

• Strong clinical observation, communication, and documentation skills
