Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. You will provide direct nursing care and collaborate with a supportive team to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

The role offers evening and night shifts with full-time, part-time, and PRN options. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available and compensation is competitive based on experience, along with benefits and career growth

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Active NC RN license required.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Position Summary:

Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long‑term care setting while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including medication administration, treatments, and assessments

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and leadership

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans

Schedule Options:

• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN available

• Every other weekend required

Compensation & Benefits:
