Job summary

Select Home Health & Hospice is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide in-home care in Martinsville, Indiana. You will perform patient assessments, implement plans of care, and complete required documentation such as OASIS.

Educating patients and caregivers, coordinating services, and supervising LPNs/HHAs are key parts of the role. A valid Indiana RN license, 1+ year nursing experience, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (required).
• Current Registered Nurse license for the state of Indiana (required).
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a hospital, facility, or home health setting; home health experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable auto insurance, and personal transportation (required).
• Current up to date TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care for multiple patients per day.

Job Summary

Select Home Health is seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to provide in-home nursing care. This role ensures patients receive high-quality, personalized care while promoting independence and overall well-being.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and ongoing evaluations.

Physical Requirements
