Job summary

Birmingham Green Health Center for Comm Cnts is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for a 7am-3:30pm schedule with every other weekend coverage. The role focuses on holistic resident care, medication administration, admissions, and supervising CNAs, with duties documented in PCC and various care sheets.

Applicants must hold an RN license, possess CPR/First Aid certifications, and have a GED or high school diploma.

• Current Adult CPR and First Aid certification

Responsibilities

• Order and dispense medications according to physician’s orders
• Carry out admissions and re-admissions
• Document activities through PCC, ADL Flow sheet, Restorative Sheets, various treatment sheets, charge sheets, etc., as established by the facility
• Direct and supervise the care given by a CNA/Med Aide
• Must be able to lift without restrictions
• Will also perform other duties as assigned

• Order and dispense medications according to physician’s orders

• One year experience
