Chase Center Rehabilitation and Nursing Services in Logansport, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility. The RN will coordinate care, monitor outcomes, and provide direct nursing care in a self-directed manner.

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of care, monitoring and evaluating the outcome of practice and standards of care and providing direct nursing care in a self-directed manner.

Available Shifts: FT Nights 7p-7a

Rate: Up to $46/hour PLUS $2.50 Shift Diff for Eve/Nights, $3.00 Shift Diff for WE Days and $5.50 for WE Eve/Nights
