Job summary

Holiday Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Rhode Island is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities. Join our 170-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility to provide skilled nursing care and support resident well-being; daily pay is available.

You will follow care plans, administer medications, monitor residents, document accurately, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. A current Rhode Island RN license and valid BLS CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Rhode Island
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
