Heritage Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Rhode Island is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with shifts 3-11 and 11-7, and daily pay.

The RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Valid RI RN license and BLS CPR required; we offer shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current Rhode Island RN license in good standing.
• BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards and physician's plan of treatment and written plan of care.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and nursing regulations.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Rhode Island.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
