Job summary

Morgan Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring an RN in Rhode Island to join a compassionate care team. We offer full-time and part-time roles with 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am shifts, plus daily pay options and a $12,000 sign-on bonus.

As an RN, administer medications, follow care plans, document accurately, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safety, dignity, and high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island RN license required.
• BLS/ CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician plans and written care plans.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents, report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety/regulatory compliance.

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Rhode Island.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
