Heritage Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time and part-time roles in Rhode Island. Shifts are 3-11 and 11-7 with daily pay options and a competitive hourly rate ($35-$49 all-inclusive) plus shift differentials.

The RN delivers skilled clinical care, monitors residents, and follows individualized care plans within regulatory standards. We value compassion, teamwork, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island RN license required.
• Valid BLS CPR certification.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and physician plan of treatment and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and nursing regulations.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Rhode Island.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
