Job summary

Westerly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Westerly, RI, is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time and part-time shifts: 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, and 11 PM–7 AM. Earn $40–$55 per hour, with a $6,000 sign-on for full-time and $3,000 for part-time, plus shift differentials.

You will provide skilled clinical care, monitor residents, follow care plans, and document promptly. A Rhode Island RN license and valid BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Active RI RN license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Proven ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards of nursing practice and physician’s plan of treatment and written plan of care
• Follow and implement care plans by Nurse Manager
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated resident care
• Ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance

Daily Pay!

$40 - $55 an hour (all inclusive)

Sign-On Bonus - $6,000 - Full-Time and $3,000 for Part-Time

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN)

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN)

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Rhode Island.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
