Baptist Health Corbin is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department. The ED is a Level IV trauma unit with 28 beds, offering around-the-clock care for all ages and a split-flow area for fast-track patients.

The RN will provide evidence-based care, coordinate admissions, and educate patients and families while supporting transfers and discharges. Clinical excellence and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Kentucky or work permit.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP and dysrhythmia training as required by department.

The department treats a wide range of conditions, from non-emergent complaints to life-threatening illnesses and injuries. A dedicated split-flow area supports efficient evaluation and treatment of fast-track patients with lower acuity needs.
