Job summary

The Meadows at Lawrence seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time and PRN shifts (3p-11p) at its 60-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility in Lawrence Township, NJ. Daily Pay available and competitive compensation of $37-$46 per hour.

The RN delivers skilled clinical care, monitors resident conditions, and follows individualized care plans. Qualified candidates hold an active NJ RN license and BLS; strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per nursing standards and care plan.
• Follow care plans set by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality care.

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of NJ.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
