Job summary

The Oaks at Denville, a Springpoint Senior Living community in Denville, NJ, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our healthcare center and clinic.

As a full-time RN you will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, monitor residents, and coordinate with physicians. NJ license, CPR, and 2+ years LTC/sub-acute preferred; weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid NJ RN License is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Description

The Oaks at Denville is seeking experienced Registered nurses (RNs) to join our team!

The Oaks at Denville is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in Denville, NJ. We are seeking Full Time RNs to join our team. At Springpoint, our RNs are responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care, and to supervise daily nursing activities performed by LPNs, and CNAs. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

We are seeking Full Time Registered Nurses to work in our Healthcare Center:

Responsibilities:

• Perform a nursing assessment on all residents upon admission.
• Develop a written plan of care for each resident upon admission.

• Make nursing rounds on the unit and report any problems to the Unit Coordinator.

• Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents’ plans of care.

We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse for our clinic. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be responsible for:

• Respond to ILU residents and report any problems to Clinic Coordinator.
• Respond to emergency calls throughout the community.
• Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timelymanner (e.g. nurses notes, weekly wound assessments, psychotropic charting, etc.).
• Complete evaluations of residents and coordination of the residents' plans of care.

Education and Experience:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Valid and current NJ RN License
• CPR Certified
• 2+ Years experience in LTC or sub-acute setting preferred
