Job summary

Village Point is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team in Monroe Township, NJ. This part-time role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care and supervising daily activities of LPNs, CNAs, and CHHAs within a senior living community.

Responsibilities include admission assessments, care planning, medication administration, physician rounds support, and timely documentation, following federal, state, and local standards. NJ RN license and CPR certification required.

Qualifications

• Must have NJ RN license and CPR certification.
• 2+ years of experience in LTC or sub-acute settings preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Develop a written plan of care for each resident upon admission.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate each resident’s physical and emotional status for changes.
• Provide medications and treatments to residents.
• Assist with physician rounds and notify physicians of any changes or concerns in resident's condition.
• Make nursing rounds on the unit and report any problems to the Unit Coordinator.
• Respond to emergency calls throughout the community.
• Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents' plans of care.

Village Point is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team!

Village Point is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Monroe Twp, NJ. We are seeking Part-Time RNs to join our team. At Springpoint, our RNs are responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care, and to supervise daily nursing activities performed by LPNs, CNAs, and CHHAs. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
