Job summary

Willow Grove Post Acute in Hatboro, PA is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with daily pay. Starting pay $37-$46 per hour, all inclusive, reflecting competitive compensation for experienced clinicians.

You will provide skilled clinical care, monitor residents, administer medications, and maintain accurate documentation in line with care plans. Requires PA RN license and valid BLS, with strong assessment, communication, and teamwork to support high-quality,

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician's plan and written care plans.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per the POC.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
