Job summary

Willow Grove Post Acute is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Daily pay is available, with starting pay of $30-$35 per hour (all inclusive).

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse (LPN) with Pennsylvania license.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per written plan and physician's orders.
• Follow individualized care plans with the Nurse Manager and team.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments per policy.
• Monitor residents, report changes promptly to supervising staff.

Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice, the written plan of care, and the physician's plan of treatment.

• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.

• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC) and facility policies.

• Monitor residents' conditions, report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician, and respond appropriately to clinical needs.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards.

• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.
