Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in Nebraska.
• At least one year of general nursing experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification (can obtain at agency after hire).
• Ability to travel between locations and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Physically able to move, stand, walk, and safely transfer up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate holistic care by reviewing healthcare services and medications for a dedicated group of individuals.
• Be a clinical mentor by providing guidance and training to direct support staff on healthcare needs and safety.
• Advocate with physicians and families to ensure the highest quality of life for those we serve.

What We’re Looking For

• The Right Credentials: An active RN/LPN license in Nebraska.
• Experience: At least one year of general nursing experience under your belt.
• Safety First: A valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification (can obtain at agency after hire).
• A Can-Do Attitude: The ability to travel between locations and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the people we serve.
• Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable being on the move—walking, standing, and the ability to safely transfer up to 50 pounds when needed.
