Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Nebraska.
• Experience: 1+ year nursing or 3+ years CNA/CMA.
• Valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid.
• Ability to travel between locations and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Physical stamina to assist in moving patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate holistic care for residents, including reviewing services and medications.
• Provide guidance and training to direct support staff on healthcare needs and safety.
• Advocate to physicians and families to ensure quality of life for residents.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, supporting them through milestones and challenges.

What We're Looking For

• The Right Credentials: An active LPN license in Nebraska
• Experience: At least one year of general nursing experience under your belt or 3 years of CNA/CMA required.
• Safety First: A valid driver's license and current CPR/First Aid certification.
• A Can-Do Attitude: The ability to travel between locations and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the people we serve.
• Physical Stamina: You're comfortable being on the move-walking, standing, and the ability to safely transfer up to 50 pounds when needed.
