Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our RN Float Pool in Grand Island, Nebraska. This PRN role offers variety across locations with a minimum 24 hours per quarter and up to 24 hours per week, focusing on person-centered care.

You’ll partner with physicians and direct care teams to support health goals, monitor vitals, administer medications, and train staff, all while maintaining flexibility that fits your life and strives for consistent, compassionate care for people we serve.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Nebraska
• At least one year of general nursing experience
• CPR/First Aid certification (can obtain after hire)
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations
• Flexible schedule to meet the needs of those served

Responsibilities

• Be a Partner in Health: assist individuals with daily health tasks and help them understand their own health journeys.
• Be an Advocate: work with doctors and support teams to ensure preventive care is delivered.
• Be a Teacher: train and support direct care staff.
• Be a Clinical Pro: administer medications, monitor vital signs, and use full range of nursing skills.

• Experience:At least one year of general nursing experience under your belt.
