Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the RN Float Pool in Grand Island, NE. The role involves covering multiple locations with a focus on health management and advocacy.

You will administer medications, monitor vitals, train care staff, and coordinate with physicians to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. PRN, no weekends, no on-call.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Nebraska.
• At least 1 year of general nursing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification (can obtain after hire).
• Ability to travel between locations and flexible schedule.
• Physical stamina: walking, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Be a Partner in Health: assist individuals with daily health tasks and health journeys.
• Be an Advocate: collaborate with doctors and teams to ensure preventive care.
• Be a Teacher: train and support direct care staff.
• Be a Clinical Pro: administer medications, monitor vital signs, and use full nursing skills.
