Job summary

Mosaic in Beatrice, NE is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll look beyond vitals to build meaningful, long-term relationships and advocate for residents’ health and independence.

You’ll coordinate holistic care, mentor direct support staff, and collaborate with families and physicians. The role offers flexible schedules, daily pay options, and a supportive, family-like culture emphasizing belonging

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in Nebraska; BSN/ADN preferred.
• At least 1 year of general nursing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and current CPR/First Aid.
• Ability to travel between locations and flexible schedule.
• Physical stamina for demanding shifts.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• The Right Credentials: An active RN/LPN license in Nebraska, a degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN) is preferred.
• Experience: At least one year of general nursing experience under your belt.
• Safety First: A valid driver’s license and current CPR/First
• A Can-Do Attitude: The ability to travel between locations and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the people we serve.
