Fiberhire is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our in-person nursing team in Gaffney, SC. You will provide high-quality care, perform assessments, manage medications, and develop resident care plans in coordination with a healthcare team.

The role offers a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, with pay up to $81,120 per year. Ideal candidates hold an SC RN license and thrive in a fast-paced residential care setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Conduct nursing assessments and monitor residents’ conditions, vital signs, and overall health.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Recognize changes in residents’ conditions and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes.
• Educate residents and families on care plans, treatments, and health management.
• Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe, clean care environment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations and nursing standards.
