Competenze

• RN license in the state of employment

• Perform comprehensive resident assessments and monitor for changes in condition
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
• Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions as ordered
• Provide skilled nursing care while promoting resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life
• Participate in care planning and collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Educate residents and their families regarding health conditions, medications, treatments, and ongoing care needs
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition
• Support infection prevention, safety, quality assurance, and compliance initiatives

What we're looking for

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current and valid RN license in the state of employment
• Current CPR certification
• Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience is preferred
