Job summary

Fiberhire is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Gaffney, SC to provide compassionate nursing care and monitor residents' health. The role includes administering medications, updating care plans, and supervising CNAs in a team-focused, HIPAA-compliant environment.

You will work in a patient-centered setting with competitive pay up to $72,792 per year, shift differentials, and flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN license in South Carolina.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care and monitor residents’ overall health and well-being.
• Assess residents’ conditions, check vital signs, and report changes promptly to the appropriate nursing supervisor.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
• Initiate, review, and update individualized care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs, ensuring nursing policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident health information in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
• Follow infection control procedures and applicable healthcare regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing or facility leadership.
