Job summary

WW HealthCare Consultants, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You will ensure clinical standards, resident safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include care planning, med administration, supervision of staff, and collaboration with physicians and families. Requires RN license and BLS; ACLS as applicable. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

  • Current RN license in the state of employment.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Experience in skilled nursing / long-term care preferred but not required.
  • BLS required; ACLS as applicable/desired.
  • Strong assessment, communication, critical thinking, leadership, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care according to facility policies and care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy per orders and protocols.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to NAs and ancillary staff.
  • Monitor and document resident condition changes; initiate appropriate interventions.

  • Participate in care conferences, admission/discharge planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and complete required reports.
  • Ensure infection control, safety, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Mentor staff and support ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ability to lift/move residents and stand for extended periods.
