Job summary

The Jewish Home for Rehabilitation and Nursing in New Jersey is seeking Registered Nurses to deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure plans are followed with multidisciplinary teamwork. RNs provide medications and assessments in a compassionate, resident-centered setting.

We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem options with shifts from 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, and 11 PM–7 AM, plus daily pay and a comprehensive benefits package including tuition reimbursement and

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards and the physician’s plan of treatment, and the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, reporting changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Ensure infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations are followed.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of _New Jersey.
