Spring Grove Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time and part-time roles. The night shift runs 11pm–7am with hourly pay from $37 to $46, along with daily pay options and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, follow care plans, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to uphold compassion, dignity, and safety for our residents.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license to practice in NJ.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident care according to standards and physician plan of treatment.
• Follow and implement nurse care plans prepared by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as per plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated resident care.
• Ensure infection control and nursing regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of NJ.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
