Job summary

Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate, resident-centered team. The RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure care plans are followed, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for daily pay.

We offer a $42–$48 per hour base rate, with an additional $3/hr differential when benefits are waived for full-time roles, and a $1/hr evening/night differential.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards and physician plan of treatment.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
