Job summary

Mira Vista is seeking a compassionate RN to join our care team. Now offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for newly hired, full-time or part-time RNs who start by July 31, 2026; weekend options qualify.

Weekend shifts include 12-hour and 16-hour options with generous bonus amounts; weekday daytime options also available. As a Registered Nurse, you will work with the nursing staff to deliver high-quality care, document patient information, and participate in teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed

Posted Salary Range

USD $35.50 - USD $37.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
