Critical Nurse Staffing seeks a Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care in the Erin, TN area. The role offers 8 hours per week with potential for more hours and pays $42.00–$46.00 per hour. The RN will work with patients in their homes, following a Plan of Care and ensuring safe, high-quality care.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in-home health care, weekend availability, and willingness to travel up to 60 miles. Valid LPN license?

Qualifications

• 2 years of in-home health care experience required.
• Must have every other weekend availability (Sat/Sun).
• Willing to travel up to 60 miles.
• Current LPN license and CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care as described in state regulations for RN in-home care.
• Follows the Plan of Care to provide safe and competent care.
• Maintains a healthy and safe environment.
• Evaluates patient needs regularly.
• Encourages patient independence within the Patient Care Plan.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Supervises Aides and LPNs during visits as needed.

Part Time Registered Nurse- RN

Pay Rate:$42.00-$46.00 per hour

We are looking for a RN to work in the Erin, TN area 8 hours a week with the potential of increasing more hours.

Critical Nurse Staffing provides unparalleled home health care to the American Workforce including Veterans of the United States Armed Services, Workers Compensation Claims, and former energy workers (eligible for in-home care under the Department of Labor’s Office of Workers’ Compensation) who want to remain independent and live in their own homes.

Essential Functions

Employee must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company, have exceptional customer service, and be completely honest. Other assigned duties include:

• Provides direct patient care as described in state regulations for RN, in all cases involving nursing services.
• Follows the Plan of Care to provide safe & competent care to the patient.
• Assists in maintaining a healthy & safe environment.
• Evaluates the patient’s needs on a regular basis.
• Encourage the patient's independence but not exceed their capabilities outlined out in the Patient's Care Plan.
• Other duties as assigned.
• SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has direct supervisory responsibilities for Aides and LPN’s. This position will perform supervisory visits as needed.
