Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health in Texas. This full-time role offers the autonomy to manage your own patient caseload, deliver high-quality care in patients' homes, and build meaningful nurse-patient relationships across recovery and hospice care.

You’ll work with physicians, caregivers and the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans, monitor progress, and provide education to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state of practice) is required.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience (home health, med/surg or critical care preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care, assessments, and treatments in patients’ homes.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for home health and hospice patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on care, medications, and disease progression.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
