Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing for RN.
• One or more years of experience in home health or hospital setting.
• Current Oklahoma RN license, CPR, driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical examinations, assessments, and evaluations to determine patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Implement and monitor patient care plans, including medication administration, wound care, and IV therapy
• Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services
• Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress accurately and timely
• Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling and charting, to ensure efficient record-keeping
