Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN).
• Current Oklahoma RN license and CPR certification.
• Experience in home health or hospital settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams, assessments, and develop care plans.
• Implement and monitor care, including meds, wound care, IV therapy.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Document treatment plans and patient progress accurately.
• Perform scheduling and charting to maintain records.
